After many years of owning and operating a successful family business, I entered the mortgage industry in early 2006. My broad business background has played a key role in my success as a mortgage originator. I have been instrumental in helping more than a thousand Oklahoman’s realize the dream of home ownership which recently earned the 2011 Scotsman Guide “Top Originator” award for USDA Rural Development volume nationally. My extensive experience with Conventional, USDA-Rural Development, FHA, VA and Section 184 Native American programs is why I am the preferred lender for Oklahoma’s largest new home builder, Rausch Coleman Homes.

My name is Monica Overson and I have been originating mortgages since 2002. Growing up in Claremore, with a realtor Father, I was exposed to the excitement of helping dreams of home ownership come true. This made the mortgage industry a natural choice for me. I have always tried to set myself apart by providing my customers excellent service and exceeding their expectations. This commitment has provided me many satisfied customers, repeat customers, and referrals.

I realize that financing a home is a big step and a significant investment.
